CONFIRMATION

Patients are responsible for confirming their appointment at least one week before the scheduled date. Due to the recent increase in no-shows and to ensure fairness to all our patients, failure to confirm your appointment will result in it being given to another patient from our waiting list.

To confirm your appointment, please call our office or leave a message on our answering machine.

Note that messages will only be returned if there are discrepancies.
