MISSED APPOINTMENTS & FEES

Due to high demand, patients may experience extended wait times for appointments, resulting in a significant gap between the referral, booking, and the actual appointment.

For new patients, failure to attend the first appointment without a valid reason or without providing at least one week's notice will result in the need to pay a fee before being rescheduled. Similarly, for follow-up appointments, a fee will be charged for missed appointments unless a valid reason is provided.

We kindly ask for your understanding, as many of our patients are in discomfort and are waiting for available cancellation slots. These individuals also need time to arrange transportation. If you no longer require your appointment, please notify our office at your earliest convenience so that we may offer the time slot to someone on our waiting list.
