MISSED APPOINTMENTS & FEES

Unfortunately, patients often experience long wait times for appointments, which means there may be a significant gap between the referral, appointment booking, and the actual appointment.

New patients who miss their first appointment without a valid reason and without giving at least one week's notice will not be rescheduled unless a fee is paid. Similarly, for follow-up appointments, there is a charge for missed appointments unless a valid reason is provided.

Please remember that many of our patients are in discomfort and are waiting for cancellation slots. These patients also need time to arrange transportation, so if you no longer need your appointment, kindly inform our office so we can offer the slot to someone on our long waitlist.
