CANCELLATION
We have a strict 1 week cancellation policy.
We require a minimum of 1 week for any changes or cancellations. This will allow us to reach patients, who generally needs to arrange rides in advice, on our long waitlist.
We do not accept cancellations via e-mail. Please call our office and speak to our staff, or leave a voice message.
You must speak to our staff in order to have your appointment rescheduled, otherwise, a fee may be incurred.
